All visa fees are non-refundable.

Visas are only issued to guests with a confirmed hotel booking.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday. The Immigration Department is closed on weekends (Friday to Saturday) as well as UAE Public Holidays.

Inaccurate details will result in processing delays, inconvenience to the clients on arrival, and additional charges levied by the authorities. Holiday Moments will compare passport details to the visa application form. All details will be extracted from Passport and any errors in the information provided will render the visa invalid.

All new visa applications must be submitted with the following documents:

• A colored scan of the applicants passport in JPG format not exceeding 200kb Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months.
• Passport has to be valid for minimum of 6 months after from departure from Dubai.
• Digital colored photograph of the applicant (4.3 x 5.5 cm in JPG format not exceeding 40kb). In case of passenger overstay in the country, Tour Operator will be charged USD 1,370 (AED 5,000) plus USD 28 (AED100) per day overstay after 30 days for Tourist Visa.

Visitors who require visa and need to enter UAE more than once, will have to apply for a Single Entry visa for each visit. Whilst Holiday Moments can submit a visa application on behalf of the client, the UAE Immigration Department has sole discretion in the issuance of said visa.

Holiday Moments does not accept responsibility for delay or rejection of visa once it is submitted. This remains subject to the approval of UAE Immigration and it is outside our control. Visitors who stayed in UAE more than 14 days, will have to wait for a period of one month from the last exit day before applying for a new visa.
